Do not use these unprofessional plumbers, unless you want to be overcharged for a job halfway done, and have to spend a lot of time cleaning up afterwards. We just had LD Smith plumbing out to do a tankless hot water heater flush and I couldn't be more unhappy and unsatisfied. Kurt was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient on our outside sprinkler system. Second time for LD Smith at our place and they have a very good record and reputation. Also recommended by our other plumber that prefers to stick to inside jobs.
