I dealt with 3 different LD Smith employees and they were all excellent. They did a great job.
LD Smith did a new sump pump line for us after the last one developed a blockage. Their strategy to run the new line was excellent and they executed the installation extremely well. All of the guys were very friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. This is our new “go to” plumbing contractor!
Do not use these unprofessional plumbers, unless you want to be overcharged for a job halfway done, and have to spend a lot of time cleaning up afterwards. We just had LD Smith plumbing out to do a tankless hot water heater flush and I couldn't be more unhappy and unsatisfied. First of all, it was very expensive for what we needed, but i figured since they were already here, i would have them go ahead and do the work. $299 for a hot water heater flush is about 2-3X what I've paid in the past, and this included the "discount"... read more
