I am very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of parts from L & D Shop Solutions. Over the past several months, I have ordered multiple parts, and each order has been accurate and shipped to me within 2 to 3 business days.
Greg and the rest of the staff were excellent to work with. They provided timely communication and updates through the process. In my opinion, the true measure of a company is how they handle things when issues arise. There were issues with the lift that I purchased with several broken parts, after unsuccessfully working with the manufacturer to get parts under warranty they took the lift back and gave me full credit towards a new lift and never charged me for all the service calls, the in-install or re-install of a new lift... read more
