LD Construction did inferior work. He built an outbuilding for us. It was supposed to have 220 electric service. This contractor took unsafe and inferior shortcuts. The 220 service was bare interior wiring placed in the dirt. It didn’t work for long. 220 wiring that is for outdoor use is more expensive, and it’s required to be used. He didn’t. JD is an amazing caring man
Do not hire this company to do anything, not even build a dog house. My husband has hired an attorney to recover over twenty thousand dollars that this company cost us in replacing a metal roof that they put on. This includes what they charged to put the metal on, which they did nothing more than screw metal sheets to the shingles, the cost of removing the metal and replacing the shingles, and also damages to the inside from the leaks in the metal roof. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
I have had nothing but problems with this company. At first, they were prompt and supportive and told me stories of building a portion of the home many years ago. They offered guidance in what they needed to do and the phrase "we don't cut corners, we do it right" came up multiple times. I was presented with a vague contract and prior to signing, I asked many questions about little items that were not in the contract such as hooking up plumbing once they replace the floors.
