Even though the "Open" LED sign was turned off, L&D Bistro is actually open. I was the only customer at noon and then it became 1/2 full at 12:30pm. The thing about restaurants with the word "bistro" in the name always puts a smile on my face. It reminds me of the old TV sitcom Three's Company where Jack Tripper owned Jack's Bistro.
