Unfortunately spent 350 without resolution here after being assured that the mechanic was extremely familiar with my car/manufacturer. I brought in my vehicle that was having issues and I was on a road trip. I asked for my car to be brought back to working order and promptly, if possible. I was informed spark plugs seemed to be why the cylinders were misfiring and was told it'd be 350 for the service and they could have me out of there in about two hours (waiting for the car to cool and spark plugs to arrive). On August 26th 2024, at noon I arrived at L& D Automotive located at 2432-A Robinson Dr. for a complete all wheel brake replacement service. My initial interaction with the Bill the auto shop receptionist was spot on, he was professional, and knowledgeable in regards to my specific repair needs. I brought in my pre-ordered front and rear brake kit and the service personnel installed them with no problem.
