I’ve been with Dr. Alford for a long time. His team is polite, welcoming, professional, and funny at times. With the sound of drills and other dental tools, it’s good to laugh or listen to a “little” funny stuff. Dr. Alford is kind, courteous, and always ask how I’m doing. Some doctors go straight to work. For any procedure, he makes sure to explain, and allow me to decide without pressure. Although I do not like the sounds of dental tools, I still like being a patient at his dental practice.

I have been going to this dentist since I was a child, Dr. Alford is very kind and understanding. I often need more numbing than normal, and he is very considerate and makes sure I don't feel any pain. He gets to know you and I feel comfortable talking to him and his staff about anything and everything, and I have never felt any judgment about having poor dental care due to depression and other things.
