One word: reliable. Priced at market, we received (or was executed) what was offered on time and quality. When change orders were requested by us, they proved flexible and added cost was reasonable. We would use them again.
L Cortez Corporation, is a very reliable, professional and talented contractor in the Miami area. Leo and Augustin did everything for us and it was very convenient to only deal with one company and not 5-6 different contractors. They installed stonework on walls, built white glossy lacquer cabinets, floating credenza, aquarium cabinetry, performed electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more.
