I have attended two site visits, and on neither occasion were the scheduled appointment times respected. Is it standard practice to wait two hours for a blood draw? In most medical facilities, this is the first step to ensure patients can break their fast promptly, if required. Additionally, for a test review, I had to wait over an hour while the doctor arrived 40 minutes late. The explanation given—that the site only opens at the time of the appointment—makes no sense.
