Big Lou Blue Cobra is the worst guitar I've owned out of roughly 25 over the years, customer service was atrocious and non-existant. They made it crystal clear that they could care less about me as a customer and the quality of the products they manufacture. They should charge a bit more and produce an actual instrument, not a toy. I wrote long in depth reviews twice but they won't show up on google reviews, so make your own decision.
