You know it's odd to be the first to write a negative review. We had this company, which is owned by who we thought was a good friend, built an addition to our home. During this time, my father had just had heart surgery and was having cancer surgery. My mother was working very hard to support the home. They took advantage - and ruined our backyard. They did everything they could to cut corners. They skimmed on all the insulation in our attic - left spots bare everywhere - left wholes open into our attic and invited critters... read more

I hired L & C Development to renovate our existing home and design/build a sizable and very complex addition. I am an engineer and commercial builder, so I probably have higher (possibly unrealistic) expectations than most folks. The construction activities were sequenced well and every one of their subcontractors provided quality work and respected our home while working in and adjacent to it. I would definitely recommend them.
We worked with Jodi and Nick on a complete remodel of our second floor (game room, guest room and full bath) as well as a full remodel of our kitchen (cabinets, backsplash, sink and countertops).
