Superb! When my husband was in the hospital with an unknown condition he developed atrial flutter. Dr. Rigden came to his room within the hour after having an EKG and explained what was happening. They decided to try medication to try to get the heart back into rhythm. Two days later Dr. Rigden and his nurse literally rolled him into the lab to do the procedure to shock his heart into rhythm. Dr Rigden has been a literal miracle doctor twice. He saved my Dads life two times, two separate heart emergencies!
I have used Dr. Rigden for three years after being referred to him by my primary. I am impressed with his promptness in keeping the appointment; his patience in explaining the cardiac problem and treatment plan and his willingness to answer all my questions. He is friendly, helpful and has a caring staff. I trust his store of knowledge and his methodical approach to remedies. He even returned my call on a Saturday. I have never found him to be impatient, brusque, or dismissive. I would recommend him in a heart beat!
I have been seeing Dr. Rigden for about 5 years and have always felt that he was interested in me as a person. He listens and responds to my concern in a practical way. I would certainly recommend him.
Dr. Rigden is a caring & knowledgeable cardiologist. I have never been kept waiting--in fact he is usually a little ahead of schedule. He is kind and thorough with his information. He cares about your whole mental and heart health and never rushes you. He listens well and answers any questions. I respect and trust him as my cardiologist. His staff also is above the curve.
I was very impressed with the entire office staff, nurses, and Dr. Rigden. The next steps were clearly explained to me.

Not sure what the problem was (staff or doctor), but response to my concern was totally ignored, never heard back from office/staff. So found another doctor.
He listens to my concerns, explains things to me. Discusses my treatments with me. Very easy to talk with.
