Their project are behind nearly by a year. Which cost me tens of thousands since the 18 months price lock with my builder lapsed twice. Each time it costed me tens of thousands to extend it by 3 months only. The way things are progressing I might get the third price rise from the builder since the site start has to happen early September in stage 4. In total it cost me and my Mum 40k so far in delays caused by the developer and unfortunately it doesn't stop there.
Their project are behind by nearly a year which cost me tens of thousands, since the 18 months price lock with my builder expired. I had to agree with my builder with new price. In total it cost me and my Mum's lot 40k so far in delays caused by the developer.
