Called to set up an appointment to get our taxes done again this year, waited two days for a call back to set up the appointment, only to have the guy say that they don't do individual taxes anymore. Would have really appreciated the secretary telling me that in the first place!! Very unprofessional!
Amazing staff. Everyone is super knowledgeable and very helpful. The first time I dropped off my taxes they went back to the previous year and found things the other psc overlooked making me more on my return! I want this company around for life.
