Ever wonder why your labels and rivets on your heater are crooked and look terrible? This just how things are done at this factory. I worked there. Gas fittings are sent out finger tight, panels not riveted properly, and labels put on so hastily the heaters look like they were assembled by 2 year old. I was told by Chang, the supervisor at the time, as long as the gas fitting passes the pressure test he doesnt care how the unit was assembled. After hearing that I quit. I was absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service LB WHITE offers ! I can’t think of another company that is so easy to help guide you through any issues you may have with your heater . We like the heaters, although the last arrangement they made with a magnet to hold on the ductwork is a complete failure. We are spending time and money and effort to try to change it so it stays on if there is a wind during the event. We had numerous customer complaints that the ductwork blows off which makes us look bad. We now are duct taping every heater duct to the heater to keep that from happening, which is a real pain. The sales rep that was out from LB. White said he will tell me now that the company will not listen... read more
