We like the heaters, although the last arrangement they made with a magnet to hold on the ductwork is a complete failure. We are spending time and money and effort to try to change it so it stays on if there is a wind during the event. We had numerous customer complaints that the ductwork blows off which makes us look bad. We now are duct taping every heater duct to the heater to keep that from happening, which is a real pain. The sales rep that was out from LB. White said he will tell me now that the company will not listen... read more
