This is a very sorry they will not back there heaters i have 4 of the heaters Just purchase a new heater from them it never worked from day one now they say i change the wires so i sent picture of the wireing .then they said yes the wires were wrong the man said i will send u new wires but ever thing in the heater is cooked.
