did a nice job on the pool but its pulling teeth is easier then getting a hold of them to do any warranty work. missy doesn't return calls at all! its been over a year and my autofill still doesn't work and they cant fix it or willing to find an alternative solution. they claim to come one day then no show/call. then when you try to call them to see when they will actually show or get an update they ignore your calls and txt and blame it on their "phone".

The transition from Larry's ownership to Missy has been messy. Our deposit got lost in the transfer and it took the better part of a year to get it sorted. With that said, they came through and that was much appreciated (and appropriate).

These folks are crooks. Took a deposit, never followed through, and then refused to refund the balance. We will be pursuing legal claims against them. They have now committed that they've cut us a refund check. We will update accordingly, if/when we receive it.

Do not choose this company. This company is sloppy, and unresponsive to issues. The only thing the contractor does better than anyone else is he can deposit a check faster than anyone I’ve ever seen. Had issues with my pool light system since day one and this company won’t correct them. They ignore other warranty related issues as well and ignore your calls. Go with a different company.
