Louis and his team recently worked on renovations on our apartment in Manhattan. The apartment had not been renovated for over 30 years and so it needed a significant update. The team completely renovated 2 bathrooms and completely reconfigured our upstairs space, alongside installing air conditioning throughout. Louis provided a competitive quote and his team not only completed the work on schedule but were extremely courteous and accommodating often going above and beyond the ask to create beautiful spaces.

Over the years I have done several remodeling projects, from small to large, but this was my first project since moving to NYC. We undertook a gut renovation of our kitchen and used LB Construction as the General Contractor. From the beginning, Louis showed his knowledge and professionalism. He was very helpful in working with us on the design phase, and had a great idea for venting our hood to the outside, which has been extremely successful and virtually invisible.
