Zero stars. We were recommend L&B through family and set up time in April to have them come to give an estimate. We were told it would take 2 weeks to receive the estimate. After about 3 weeks I called to ask for an updated timetime for the estimate, we were told we would have them by the end of the week (I called on a Wednesday).
