I called to make an appointment for my son . I was referred to a specific therapist but she wasn’t going to be available for a couple weeks because she is getting married. (Totally understandable) so I wasn’t sure what to do . My son needs counseling asap. When I called I spoke with a woman named Payton. I can’t say thank you enough for all of your help!!! Our family is beyond grateful for our experience with L&B. Our daughter looks forward to her sessions with Moriah C. - she has helped navigate big life changes and helped her learn how to cope with anxiety and fears. I see Sarah R. myself, and have gained much confidence and help with navigating life! I would recommend both of them to anyone.

In my time going to therapy with Aaron was an amazing thought provoking experience, my self improvement over the past 7 months has been amazing. I’ve gone to many different places before l&b and I couldn’t click with any of them but the moment I met with Aaron it was a switch, Aaron didn’t tell me what to do he challenged me and he gave me a huge amount of perspective on a lot of things, I think attending here has been a very pivotal moment in my life and I have nothing but praise for the staff.

My family and I worked with Maria over this past several months. I can imagine how hard it was for her to work with 3 people at the same time but she managed us and her approach very well. I can highly recommend L&B and specifically Maria as we achieved all we were looking for.
