I’ve been traveling into Manhattan for all my hair care needs for years, but given how quickly my gray has started growing in, I’ve been looking for a more affordable and closer option for those in-between-major-color needs. Went to L & B for the first time today. Lyka did my color and got it just right! She listens, offers her opinion (which I agreed with) but doesn’t push. Saved me a lot of time, money and anxiety. Will definitely be returning.

It was my first time at this salon and I absolutely loved it! My hair looks healthier, brighter and the color just perfect. I am so happy with the result and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am beyond upset with this place. They ruined my hair twice. The owner asked if I wanted layers throughout my hair, and I said yes. Instead, she only gave me face-framing layers. She also didn't properly part my hair before cutting it, leaving me with an uneven haircut. When I got to my car, I realized one side was a FULL INCH shorter than the other. I absolutely love this place ! 🫶🏼 I’m someone who almost never makes drastic changes to my appearance, but because of my trichotillomania, sometimes I have to cut my hair, which makes “haircut day” a really anxious moment for me… But every time I come here, they make me feel so comfortable and always do exactly what I want.
