Chris and the entire staff at L&B Auto are wonderful. I couldn't' recommend this place more highly. They are fair in price, they are timely and communicative, they do exceptional work, and explain everything without making you feel stupid for not understanding all the mechanics. Chris is a rare gem, not only in the world of mechanics, but in the world in general. A solid person and trustworthy company-- you would be remiss if you worked with anyone else.
I recently moved from San Francisco to Brooklyn. I needed the car servicing and getting up to speed with New York state paperwork. The garage was super quick and efficient. I liked there was no charge for diagnostic and was able to work through the work that was needed. L&B Auto Repair are my new garage for my Mini!
Chris and his uncle were extremely helpful after a truck struck my car while it was parked and caused a lot of damage. They fixed it for a reasonable price, especially considering how much damage there was. Chris went out of his way to scour the listings to find new doors in the right color and then changed the interior of the new doors to match the original interior. Really above and beyond.
