Has done good work for me before, but lost my trust with surprise billing. I was told around $150 for oil change. When done the bill was $350. Asked why the difference, and the excuse was "Well, we rotated your tires too." We did talk about tire rotation but if I had known it would be an extra $150 I'd just have gotten Les Schwab to do it for free as part of their tire deal, since I bought the tires from them. I had a great experience here today getting a prepurchase inspection for a used vehicle. They got me a same-day appointment, and I actually tried to pay them more than they charged me for their expertise because their price was so low. They were kind and had good insight and I'd come back anytime, and refer my friends and family!
Chuck has helped me over the past year and a half with my truck and I trust him entirely. He's always looking for ways to save me money and does fantastic work. Highly recommend!
