I had two Windshields put in my rigs and one of the gaskets has two large spaces you can put your fingers in. When I called to have my windshield's done they got back to me in minutes and we're willing to come anywhere anytime to install them. Now that I noticed my problem, I call them every day and after a week I got a return message and they said give them a call right back and they'll get it fixed.
