The best storage yet that I had been on houston because this other storage lots makes you stay in the hot weather and demands more money

My car was towed to this storage facility. It was there not even 3 hours. I was charged 398.90 cents to get it out. I had to pay cash due to there so called machine being broken. Once I paid I was allowed to go to the back to retrieve my car, once I found my car, it would not start. I asked if my mother could give me a jump, and the lady said no. She said that she could provide me with a jump, but it would be 50 dollars. Her husband went to get the machine to give me a boost. She stated that I could cash app or Zale the mone... read more
Every single person that has a problem with them needs to report them to the BBB so they can pay for their scamming!!! Rude rude rude, do not let them tow your vehicle if you can help it!
