Doctor Andy Chen is a very important member of my treatment team at Texas Oncology. He has provided me with excellent care and given attention to my condition with compassion. His knowledge and care during this difficult journey of cancer treatment is greatly appreciated and valued by me and my caregiver.
I sat in the room over 40 min before I was seen by the doctor. By the time I met with him I was kinda upset and there were no apologies or reasons given. My appt was for 3:15pm and I was asked to arrive by 3 and I arrived early. I was the very last patient out of the office and the doors were already locked. Dr Chen did spend time to answer all of my questions. The nurse I interacted with was very kind. If I return, I hope my wait time is not as long.
Dr. Chen and the entire staff at Texas Oncology are very kind and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs an Oncologist.
If you are looking for outstanding care from a very knowledgeable and caring doctor and staff, then Dr. Chen at Texas Oncology-Sugar Land is the place to go. From the 1st time I meet with Dr. Chen, I knew he was going to be the Dr that would help and make my mom better. Dr Chen is a wonderful human being and conscientious physician. His practice does not treat his patients like an assembly line. He spends time with his patients and is clearly vested in helping them find the optimal treatment for their individual circumstances. I would highly recommend him to any and all my loved ones and patients.
