Surgeon was very nice and explained procedure. However after several phone calls and going into the office to follow up on what's going on they still haven't scheduled surgery and it's been 3 weeks. So if your primary refers you to a surgeon stat then you may want to rethink going here!
Dr. May is very nice; explains, listens and answers well. He has a good sense of humor, which I like in a doctor, and he and his staff seem to be very caring about you as an individual, not just as a patient.
