Will never go here again. Had a “ new transmission” put in. Lasted 13 months. One month outside the warranty NEVER EVER will I do business with them again. Have to put in a another transmission for half the cost and double the warranty
somehow my car locked when I was getting gas and my keys were in the vehicle along with my month old son. L&M answered and responded to where I was very quickly. also unlocked the vehicle without harming anything. very affordable also!!
Had my car towed there for a leak in my oil pan. Power mirrors were folded in for transport. When they got it they manually pushed out the driverside mirror (i assume to get it off of THEIR tow truck) and broke my mirror. Also quoted me over $700 to replace my oil pan. Claiming they had to remove all this extra crap that wasn't even in the way. I wound up doing it myself for less then $50. STAY AWAY! Borderline thieves! Had car towed here cause it was close when alternator died & they quoted me well over $500 for an alternator. They couldnt even justify where their costs estimate came from other than “markups.” Called other shops all of them quoted about $200-250 less. Found out old alternator covered under warranty thankfully, so i got new one & sat in their parking lot and did it myself. I called AAA when my car stalled (no flashers- nothing); but they called a different towing company. A young man from L&M showed up before they got there and waited with me the entire time with his flashers on till the other company showed up. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciated the kindness and concern he showed and how much safer I felt having him there!! I didn't get his name, but he was so professional and thoughtful!!
