Leon came out late Sunday night to assess the issue, and showed up Monday with equipment and his very capable son to help. He located the issue quickly, called a friend to pump the septic, and had us up and functioning up to code in the day. He’s professional, friendly, and extremely good at his job, whatever that job may be. He worked his rented track hoe like it was his own, which is impressive in itself. Called to have them come fix a water heater that was leaking all over. They said they would be here about dark 30. Never showed or called. I left numerous voicemails and text messages and they never responded
