I came here with a buddy from out of town and they were generous enough to let us walk in and get cut in between appointments. Everyone was super great and extremely helpful with places to see and great restaurants in the area. And all that was on top of a great cut! Had me looking right for the whole trip!
Inexperienced at beard trim. Initially, tried to hand me off to a colleague who was too busy. That should have been the first clue. Said he knew what he was doing, but once I was finished and got to the car I noticed it was all crooked. Came back to TRY and get it corrected and he sat in another chair getting HIS beard trimmed. Instead of getting up and taking care of his customer he made me wait while his colleagues joked about it. Very unprofessional. After 10 minutes of waiting I gave up. Never again.
