Hello been trying to book an appointment with someone for days and I have had no luck anyone picking up the phone or calling me back.
I pre purchased three facials from lynde and she no showed me twice without any communication. Each time when I attempted to contact her someone else replied within days. When I continued to try and get a refund for the services I did not receive she stopped responding to me. I now have to go through an appeals process with my credit card company. I do not recommend L Aesthetics due to their unethical business practices and lack of respect for their patients time and money.
Absolutely love the experience I had here. The place was not only beautiful but also very clean and modern. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Lynde snd she brought me back immediately. She was incredibly kind and gentle. Always made sure I felt comfortable and I just love that she explained everything. Honestly one of my best experiences and I can't wait to go back!
