L'Academie is an excellent school and I am so grateful for the education I received there. It prepared me very well !
Met the most unique, diverse group of people during my attendance here. We were all different ages. I'm still in contact with several of them. This program proved that it doesn't matter where you are in life- you can still follow your dream. The chefs were witty and amazing and I learned the fundamentals of good cooking in one year without spending 4 years taking unnecessary classes like most other culinary programs out there. I'd go back and do it all over again if I could.
