I went to LA Tan on *************** in ****** ****.. I was getting married and I wanted to try spray tan I had heard good things about them... When I got in there the machine they put me in broke down it would not sync to the internet... So they gave me a courtesy tan and a different booth and a credit in me one back I spent $91 I ended up going into anaphleptecic shock and being epinephrined . The *********** LA TAN at 483 S ***** needs to fire the ignorant girl that was working at 11am Sunday 10/23/22.She was ignorant and rude and handed me the towel and told me to clean the room!!! When I said noooooo do your job she yelled out ohhhhh youre going to put your hands on me!!?? Wow! I couldnt believe it so I told her to call the owner which she refused and then she said she was going to call the police. I told her that I would do her a favor and I called the police. I/ve been a member of Ultimate Exposure since 2003 and I am not happy w/the changes that they have recently made so I ventured into LA Tan and LOVED it....their upgrades are much cheaper and they have recently LOWERED PRICES.....I went to the one on Cumberland and Lawrence and the employees' name is Tanya and she was wonderful, extremely professional, took time to explain everything in detail and she even walked w/me to my bed and showed me exactly how to stand and use the equipment.....ULTIMATE NEVER DID ANY OF THIS!!!!!
