Our system was down for months because they were "waiting on a part". We had to keep trying to reach them to get a status update. During this time, they were still sending us invoices, despite doing no service. Twice someone from the company pulled into our parking lot and backed out again, without getting out of the vehicle. Had an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate between 10:00 and 1:00. Took the time off work, and no one showed up! Tried calling, and they don't answer, and the mailbox is full. Bad business.... @LA Rust...yes I am sure. It's under my married name D'Angelo. I'm sorry. But I don't have any time to email you. I’ve never ever written a bad review. I wish I could comment on the quality of their services but I can’t get anyone out here to provide a service. First time I called voicemail was full. The message says 24-48 hour response which in and of itself is ridiculous. Finally, I get a lady who says text her my info. I do that and no response for 6 days. Finally, get her to respond and she says “a work order has been submitted”. I asked her what that means and she replies with the same comment. Don’t waste your time. Contrary to wh... read more
