The nail tech used tools that were already open, so I do not believe they autoclave anything. The nail techs were EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I told them I wanted a regular nail polish change and they demanded that I get gel, although I did not want it. I assumed she was giving me what I wanted, but half way through, I asked if it was gel and she said yes. I've stopped going to LA. They never sterilze the drill bits and I've developed a fungus under two nails. My cuticles were damaged and the skin under my nails was cut by the drill every time I had my nails done. The salon is not clean at all.
