I am a regular here. My favorite nail tech in Lynn. She is amazing. She does a great job with all things nails especially the pedicure. Her massage technique puts me straight to leave and my polish lasts a long time even though I do not use gel. This place is family oriented. Everyone is so welcoming, kind and attentive. Keep up the positive vibes!
The staff was very nice but the prices are way too high for the level of service I received. I was rushed through my nails and was moved to the pedicure chairs so she could finish the french tip design & couldn’t even enjoy the pedicure or the massage chair as the lady turned off the chair mid usage to finish my nails. I called into the salon and was told the price was accurate even after explaining to them that my nails were cut up and bleeding. My new favorite spot!! A beautiful relaxing atmosphere, comfy chairs, even a bar! Lin (not sure if spelt right) is the absolute best! You can tell the staff cares about their clients and making the nails gorgeous.
Terrible! Went in yesterday for a gel mani/pedi. I wanted matching pearl for both hands and feet. She changed the “chrome” detail from hands to feet without asking so they don’t match. The pedicure was terrible. I know I have bad calluses, but I didn’t expect to be walking out with the same calluses as I walked in. My pinky toenails are already peeling after 12 hours. My right thumb nail is so gunked that it looks deformed. My left thumb nail suffers with psoriasis pitting and the lady kept drilling and drilling into my nail... read more
