Terrible! Went in yesterday for a gel mani/pedi. I wanted matching pearl for both hands and feet. She changed the “chrome” detail from hands to feet without asking so they don’t match. The pedicure was terrible. I know I have bad calluses, but I didn’t expect to be walking out with the same calluses as I walked in. My pinky toenails are already peeling after 12 hours. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently moved to the Gahanna area and was looking for a nail salon close to home, and I’m so glad I found LA Nails! Awesome foot massages. 2 weeks ago John did my 25 minute foot massage for $30. John has strong hands and he is very easy to communicate with so he could focus on the painful side of my foot. Today Lynh went above and beyond to give me terrific customer service. She is a very talented foot massager and today I hobbled in and after a 50 minute session then I actually walked out standing straight upright and feeling improved like a normal human should feel like. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service.

Horrible service. Cant paint nails.. Didn't use proper equipment for the nails to dry. They messed up my nails and then told me to come back and when I did the next day the lady starts giving me a hard time and didn't want to fix them didn't want to work with me and blame me for the nail polish not drying and messing up. They are sitting there using old products on people that doesn't go on right. I'm never going back to that place aga. That was my first time going there and Im never going back to that place again

I had a place in Gahanna that I was a loyal customer to but recently have been getting not so great quality service..so I searched for a new place and was recommended to go here...I am very happy with the finished product and already have gotten compliments today! Great job..very nice and friendly service. I will be a recurring customer..
