Very bad customer service, not at all a good job for my requests,communication is very difficult, when you want something specifically done to your nails they do opposite, also very rude, they don’t take their time and always in a hurry, husband is slow but never a good job and he certainly don’t listen to customer, I also have a translator on my iPhone because they always be talking their language to each other while customers are there, which I find very rude and they seriously be talking about the customers and laugh at u... read more

Tina took very good care of me today! I love my milky nails! Im not a gel gal and she was very accommodating for regular polish! I would recommend this salon, it's clean and super friendly owners!

The gentlemen who did my nails took his time and was very careful to make sure my nail lengths and shapes were uniform for each nail. He was kind, gentle and very professional. Tina did the art and knocked it out of the park. My nails turned out better than the picture I showed them for inspiration. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I went here because my daughter had a bad experience at another nail salon within close proximity to L A Nails. She decided to give L A a try and we are both very pleased.
