Took my elderly mother-in-law. The staff was fantastic. We just moved to town and needed to find a new place to get her nails done. Well we found it today!
Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional. I went in about a week ago for a fill-in and returned yesterday for a pedicure. During my visit, I witnessed the manager/owner arguing with employees in front of customers, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. we purchased a $100 gift card on thursday and were not told that the salon would be closing on saturday. i went in to ask about a refund & was told a manager would call me, but later learned i had actually been speaking with the manager. i was also told the salon was closing saturday, while my aunt was told shortly afterward that they would remain open for the rest of the month. the conflicting information & lack of communication regarding a gift card purchased just days before the expected closure was extremely frustrating ... read more
First time here, walked in and walked right out. I immediately was approached by a small dog who would not stop licking my legs without anyone stopping the dog. The placed looked dirty too, very concern with the lack of up keep.
My experience with them recently wasn't very good. I can't remember the name of the girl who did my pedicure and was not impressed with her at all. She was actually talking on the phone and texting throughout my service there. I will not return there ever again. Who does that?
