I had one of the best experiences. Our driver was on time, made sure the ride was safe and not longer than it needed to be. He picked us up at the correct time. Wasn’t pushy with payment or tips. He even went out of the way to make bathroom breaks which did result in a mcdonald’s run at the same time ahah! It made our night! could not say anymore about how amazing our experience was. Our day with this company went extremely smooth Lucy and Tony were great and we knew exactly what to expect on the day of. Highly Recommend!
Driver parked in residential area and left bus running for over 20 minutes. When approached to turn bus off the driver due to excessive engine noise and pollution in area where kids are playing. The driver was extremely rude and condescending. Would not recommend using this company given this interaction
