I was freaking out because my bill went way up (due to not signing a form, I later found out) called in and my agent Nour was so amazing! Just her calm kind demeanor calmed me down immediately, and then she went on to quickly resolve the issue with a simple fix I missed a form and made my policy go up. She’s very good at her job and deserves a raise!
