Can't recommend it. I went through customer service reps, Emma and Laura. Not only did Emma not properly setup my commercial auto with my llc in mind, when asked if she could help with general liability insurance, she promised to do it one day but would keep pushing it off until one day she answered the phone, put me on hold and then hung up. I then had to go through another rep named Laura, who was slightly more helpful, but it got to the point I had to cut through the middle man and contact the insurance companies directly... read more
