Really bad costumer service
I'm 33 years old, and I have been with LA insurance since I was in my early 20's, so over 20 years. La insurance always goes above and beyond, and everyone I have sent their way has nothing but great things to say. Thank you especially to Amber and Howard at the Tropicana and nellis location, because if you come talk to them some how some way, they will get you insurance for an affordable price that works perfect for you. Service was good all questions asked where answered
Rosa is a total waste of time. She call giving me a quote and once I drove 30 minutes to LA insurance she has to do a quote. She blame everything on the guy asking for information at the gas station promoting her to call you. She doesn't give you all the information over the phone but make it seem like she gone set you up with a lower insurance rate than what you paying.
