If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I had an appointment in July the still have not submitted anything to my insurance company I'm partially deaf & struggling constantly with no hearing aid because THEY FEEL LIKE IT

1.) Cancelled our appointment because they failed to plan for the provider’s maternity leave in February 2020. 2.) Couldn’t be rescheduled because they failed to make a plan to see us before COVID hit. 3.) Called me at 7:00am while I was driving 1 hour to get to an appointment in July 2021 to tell me my 8:30am was cancelled because provider was sick. 4.) I had a terrible experience with this office, I took my daughter here when she was 10 months old they were unable to do the appointment do to the fact she was tired. They then took 9 months to reschedule the appointment and canceled less then 24 hours before the appointment. I do not recommend this office.

Seems tidy and organized but completely dysfunctional office for those it is supposed to be helping -- patients, people, children, the elderly. They seem to be taking advantage of the fact that there aren't other competing offices locally. They need a reminder that patients are people, which is why I'm leaving this review.
