The issue turned out to be a faulty thermostat, and the technician was meticulous in diagnosing and repairing the problem. My system is functioning properly now, which is the outcome I was hoping for.
The AC repair took about three hours, which seemed appropriate given the need to dismantle several components. I appreciated being able to follow along and understand what was being done throughout the process.
The job took two days, which seemed appropriate for the complexity of ventilated ceiling repairs. The contractors worked efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process.
I was initially concerned about the technician's ability to integrate the new thermostat with my existing system, but he explained each step and completed the installation in about an hour. After a few days, all functions are still working smoothly and maintaining the desired temperature without any issues.👍
Excellent communication throughout the appointment. The technician explained the condition of the system and made the repair process easy to understand.
