After dealing with. L.A. Carpet for many years we have come to the conclusion that customer service is their prime focus. The products are probably similar to other businesses but it is the people who are different. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you all so much. Oh and Craig is it time for salary reviews? We had new flooring installed in our place which was a little out of the way to begin with. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The installer (not sure if we can put names here) was awesome. The job turned out amazing, we highly recommend L.A Carpet and Tile.
L.A. Carpet and Tile has not let me down at any visit! I am doing renovations at my home right now and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist! Today Janice helped me, she was full of great ideas and product suggestions for my DIY needs!
Was very pleased with customer service and flooring; however, I splurged and bought most expensive getting waterproof and scratch proof. Spent 15,000$ on flooring and installation and in 2 years, floor is scratching. No kids or pet damage and take care of my stuff. Very disappointed
