We have purchased the carpet ,tiling and the flooring for 2 trailers and now the flooring on number 2 trailer that is only 2.5 years old now the click in the boards are starting to come apart . These people started to blame the installer that had laid a lot of there flooring that is recommended by him to buy it from LA flooring . No warranty what so ever. So beware of there warranty. Not recommended to shop here

Very pleased with our carpet installation. They brought samples to our home during the evaluation visit which saved me a trip to the showroom since we don't live in Lacombe. The installers were knowledable and friendly! The prices were very reasonable and the product is quality!
When exploring flooring options (in August) for our dining room, kitchen, hallway, living room, stair wells and lower level we stopped in to LA Carpet & Tile to check out luxury vinyl plank. Caitlyn was quick to greet us and show us several options and allowed us to sign out samples. Once we decided on the look we liked best, Kevin was quick to take measurements in our home. We had our flooring done by L.A. Carpet & Tile. Within the warranty range we had some concerns, after months of emails they finally came out and looked. The lack of replies to emails over the last year trying to get it fixed has been terrible. After months without a reply I went into the store and finally got a reply that day. They were out on June 6th, the repair job was not acceptable, and they have not replied to an email since. Will add photos when I have a chance.
