The experience felt very disorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Communication appeared to come from multiple individuals within the company, which often resulted in unexpected changes to plans and, at times, plans being lost altogether. Additionally, some of my requests were not honored. In one instance, a representative became somewhat argumentative when I raised concerns. Rude. You guys should probably not be so rude on the phone, customer service is part of the whole deal. Regardless of who you're talking to on the phone or what you're talking about. No need to hang up in anyone's face.
Excellent people to work with!! Highly recommend them if you are in need of Cabinets....
