Went to F & J Vehicle Diagnostics (part of LA Bodyworks) for a full service. They were great! A really friendly team and an extremely good price. After a disappointing experience with another local bodywork repair centre that botched a small scrape repair, I turned to LA Bodyworks, hoping they could fix the issue - and they exceeded my expectations. Their team was professional, friendly and reassuring, delivering an exceptional result. The reception staff even stayed late to accommodate unavoidable delayed collection, which was hugely appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Avoid! Nothing wrong with the work when I eventually saw my car again, but they had it for 9 months to complete some collision damage. They never update unless you chase them, emails are ignored, you get fobbed off (lied to) when you ask for updates. They have every excuse in the book. I found the whole experience frustrating and stressful. I wish I had never allowed my car to go there.
