Poor Customer Service - Charge for Unknown “Labor”. Set a tank for us 20 year ago, a 20 yr old tank at that time. Now they want $1,000 for the tank because we don’t buy enough propane. We told them at the time we had only 2 appliances using propane, it’s why they set a 20 year old tank at the time. Now, while I’m researching options, they decided to charge a CC card on file when there were no services or product delivered. Be careful of any agreement you may have verbally or in writing with them.
RecommendedWe have been with L.A. Bexten for almost 1 year now and have saved so much money with them. We were with AmeriGas for 4 years and had terrible fees and they kept trying to jump up the price by over 25 cents per gallon a year on us. With Bexten, we have saved over half of our money compared to AmeriGas. Bexten has offered amazing customer service and prices. They made the tank transfer so easy and am very thankful for their services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!
This so called company is run by *********************************t people. My father called last Monday to have them fill my mothers propane tank that was down to 10%, to which they said they would be out "sometime this week". Come Saturday morning after getting snow, ice, wind, and frigid temperatures my mothers propane tank is empty, leaving her, my 80 year old sick grandmother, and 3 young children in a house that is only 30 degrees while there is a below zero wind chill and still unable to get a hold of this so called "... read more

I have been unable to get my permanent gas line installed. It has been scheduled 3 times now. The rain has prevented the May and June installation date. Unfortunately, once the scheduled date has past it doesn't automatically get rescheduled. I have to call and schedule a new appointment which is always at least 2 to 3 weeks out. Should they not automatically reschedule for me? Apparently the new generator business is taking priority over existing customer service. Not a happy customer!!

The people here are great awesome serviced fast service friendly, also the cheapest prices on propane in the area.
I had a generator installed a year ago, and they did amazing work. Always professional and any question I needed they were there to help. Would Highly recommend them to anyone.
