We had LABS waterproof our basement earlier in the year. Communication, starting from the initial quote to completion, has all been excellent, explaining everything clearly and answering any queries we had. The trades and management team were all really professional. The work has been done to a high standard, transforming our damp coal cellar into a really good utility and storage space. Would recommend!

LABS converted our cellar into a beautiful habitable space and were very efficient and kept us informed of progress at all times. They went beyond the original quote and repaired damage to the pavement where the vent entered our property. They also repaired damage that they had not caused to paving stones in our garden as a gesture of goodwill. I highly recommend them and would certainly use their services again.

We had a great job done for us by LABS. Phil explained the possible options in non-technical terms and there was no pressure for us to opt for the more expensive job. We have got exactly what we wanted and all the workers on the team were pleasant, friendly and very considerate including removing all the debris, which in our case had to go out through the kitchen. We’d definitely recommend them to others.

I highly recommend LABS for damp proofing work. They were extremely professional and polite from the very first contact through to project sign-off. I always received prompt replies to any questions I had. The entire team managed the job efficiently, even without my presence on-site. I was provided with daily updates and videos, which really helped reduce the stress of balancing this project with my own work commitments.
