The office personnel Jessica is well knowledgeable of the business and the technicians are equally knowledgeable and responsive to detail.. they provide professional advice on your vehicle and provide you quality services and the best options for your vehicle.. I love that .. I highly recommend them .
Love this shop! The only place my husband and I take our cars! Fair pricing, you have the option to buy your parts (some shops make you buy their parts), and turn around time to fix is always quick! I drop off early in the AM and they are finished well before closing (depeneding on the job). I have recommended them to family and friends! Will continue to shop with L & A for all my mechanical needs!
Once again I give L & A Automotive Repair shop 5 stars. From beginning to end they are professional, efficient and effective. I appreciate that they're not trying to price gouge or look for other things to sell you during your visit. I recommend this place to people. Call Jessica and she'll get you squared away.
This was a great experience from the time I called them to the time I picked my car up. They communicated very well. & more importantly fixed the issue of my car. The receptionist was nice. I didn’t meet the mechanics but I appreciate you guys if you’re reading this.
