These guys at L&A are awesome and trustworthy! I just had my Kia in for a steering coupler replacement — a common issue with my model — and they had it done in just a few hours. The price was fair, the service was great, and I couldn’t be happier. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone! Just note that they may need a few days to get you on the schedule, so plan ahead.
Me and my girlfriend stopped in there the other day to ask a few questions regarding service. The gentleman (if you could call him that) at the counter was one of the most pompous individuals I have ever met. He could have been a little more kind and helpful considering our situation. When looking at the parking lot in comparison to the other mechanics in the complex, it’s not shocking to see why it’s to barren.
Love L&A! My family has been using them since they were in Downtown Dundee, many many years. Honest, trustworthy, fair prices. Bill is the owner and he helped me in an urgent situation. I will forever be grateful and always recommend.
If you are looking for honest, trustworthy auto repair, I would recommend L&A. My sons and their employers also use L&A for a good reason. Bill and staff tell you what the problems are and offer honest opinions on how to proceed.
Good place. Reasonably priced. Had a check engine light. They got it down to whats wrong and fixed it quickly
